Job Summary
The Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) supports the Branch Manager in ensuring efficient and smooth daily operations of the branch. The ABM helps manage staff, deliver excellent customer service, meet sales/financial targets, maintain compliance with policies and regulations, and act as in-charge in the Branch Manager’s absence.

Duties

  • Assist in managing daily branch operations
  • Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service
  • Achieve sales goals and maintain store standards
  • Handle inventory, reporting, and administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3–4 years of retail or supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
