Job Summary

The Lab Holding is looking for a creative and driven Assistant Brand Lead to support brand growth, marketing campaigns, and overall brand presence across our hospitality concepts. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, creativity, and experience in branding, social media, and campaign coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of brand strategies
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Manage social media content and brand communication
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and outlets
• Assist with photoshoots, events, and collaborations
• Work closely with operations and creative teams
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Business, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in branding or marketing
• Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Hospitality or F&B industry experience is an advantage
