Role Overview


We are seeking a strategically minded, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Manager to join our Global Luxury Home Cosmetics Marketing Team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of 360° brand strategies by analyzing sales performance, monitoring consumer and category trends, and managing key collections across markets. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams including HORECA, Digital Sales, E-commerce, and Innovation to ensure consistent brand expression and campaign excellence. With a strong understanding of the premium home cosmetics and fragrance landscape, you will help shape brand desirability, drive commercial performance, and contribute to the long-term growth of the brand globally.


Key Responsibilities


  • Contribute to annual marketing plans and support brand strategy development.
  • Analyze sales reports and dashboards to derive actionable insights.
  • Assist the Brand Manager in the implementation of annual brand strategies and activation plans.
  • Contribute to the execution of collection launches and brand initiatives in line with global guidelines.
  • Monitor consumer behavior and category trends using available data sources.
  • Support the design and coordination of research initiatives aimed at understanding consumer behavior and market dynamics.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales and performance reports, helping to extract key insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Product Portfolio & SKU Monitoring.
  • Contribute to the tracking and evaluation of SKU performance.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for portfolio optimization and category development.
  • Creative Briefing & Asset Coordination.
  • Participate in the development of campaign briefs for creative and communication partners.
  • Coordinate the approval and adaptation processes of visual and copy assets, ensuring consistency with brand identity and messaging.
  • Monitor consumer behavior and category trends using available data sources.
  • Support the planning and execution of campaigns across physical retail, e-commerce, and international markets.
  • Work with the Innovation Team on product development briefs and positioning.
  • Coordinate marketing content and brand assets in collaboration with Digital Sales and E-com teams.
  • Assist in the preparation of management presentations, competitor reviews, and internal brand updates.
  • Track budgets, manage basic operations, and liaise with relevant internal departments.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG or retail industries.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills; ability to turn data into clear insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with retail analytics tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Turkish.
  • Strong interest in premium lifestyle brands, storytelling, and consumer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
