QUALIFICATIONS



  • University graduate from one of the top universities in areas of Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
  • 1-3 years of experience as Assistant Brand Manager in FMCG sector
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Strong passion and strength in consumer, customer and market understanding and insights to develop creative and innovative solutions
  • Good teamplayer, hardworking, dynamic and highly motivated personality
  • Analytical mind with strong planning and organizational skills
  • High interpersonal & excellent communication skills
  • Multifunctional skill base (financial, sales operations as well as marketing)
  • Proven knowledge of MS Office Applications (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
  • No obligation of travelling
  • Unrelated to military service


JOB DESCRIPTION



  • Assist Category Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategy based upon company business goals
  • Coordinate & implement product management projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (production planning, trade promotion, sales, market research and advertising agencies)
  • Conduct P&L analysis and develop pricing strategies
  • Monitor brand performance; analyze and interpret competition data, category trends and recommend action plans
  • Coordinate all brand marketing activities with other departments and third parties
  • Control marketing & promotional expenditure within agreed budgets
