QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration , economics or industrial engineering departments
• Internship or experience(preferred) in FMCG sector, snack category experience is a plus, experience at least 2 years is preferred
• Internship or experience in agency management, research processes and data (Nielsen and IPSOS), detail orientation is a plus
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• High command of Microsoft programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong communicational & planning skills, being solution oriented and ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced environment
• Willing to commute to the office (HQ in Maslak) 5 days a week with flexible working hours if necessary.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assisting and co-managing 360° marketing mix of the brand according to general brand strategy and company targets,
• Monthly & project based Nielsen data analysis and preparing required documents and monitor competitive activities to identify brand challenges & opportunities
• Coordinate & follow-up projects with both internal and external parties; including creative & media & digital & PR agencies,
• Budget management and invoice follow-up Monitoring marketing budget and spendings, invoice follow-up
• Assisting new innovative product development projects.
• Manage and coordinate daily brand operations, ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies
• Monitor and follow-up on market and consumer trends, from data collection to action plan development,
• Assisting execution of packaging design, launch&relaunch and other marketing activities related to the products.
