Job Purpose

We are looking for a driven, proactive, creative, and organized Assistant Brand Manager who will be responsible for leading the activation of our brand strategy across consumer-facing channels.

Using breakthrough thinking, consumer, brand and customer understanding to create a clear and ambitious growth vision and strategy for the assigned portfolio, you will be part of the global marketing team working across a range of varied and exciting brand projects, from our big bang national advertising campaigns, through to building a standout brand experience across direct-to-consumer channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Brand & Product Ownership: Lead the marketing lifecycle for the Algida In-Home brands (Maraş Usulü, Keyif, Viennetta). This includes active involvement in product development (NPD), from concept to final launch and post-launch evaluation.
  • Performance Tracking (External & Internal): Monitor internal sales data and external market data from publicly available sources (Nielsen, etc.) to provide strategic recommendations for growth opportunities.
  • Long-Term Strategy Development: Contribute to the multi-year category roadmap. You will analyze market shifts and consumer white spaces to help define the long-term strategic direction for Algida Inhome Brands.
  • P&L Ownership: Take accountability for the Algida Inhome brands’ financial health. You will oversee the P&L (Profit & Loss), with full responsibility for the marketing budget while monitoring cost drivers and revenue growth to ensure sustainable profitability.
  • 360° Marketing Execution: Orchestrate integrated campaigns that resonate across all touchpoints. You will lead the "Social-First" agenda for your brands, creating digital-led strategies where the brand is shaped through genuine consumer interaction and data-driven insights. Serve as the main point of contact for creative and media agencies for your brands.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the primary bridge between Sales, CMI (Consumer & Market Insights), Supply Chain, R&D and Finance teams to ensure brand strategies are executed flawlessly across the value chain.

Skills, Experiences & Qualifications

  • University degree in related fields.
  • Up to 2 years of working experience in FMCG.
  • Fluent in English.
