We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Brand Manager, Lay's Deploy to join our team in İstanbul.
Assistant Brand Manager, Lay's Deploy will play a key role in driving Lay’s short term strategic priorities, with a focus on brand building, campaign execution, and data-driven decision making. The role will support the end-to-end delivery of major AOP initiatives, including the key campaigns, innovation launches, and new horizon projects. By combining consumer insights, market data, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams, this position will help identify growth opportunities and ensure flawless activation across media, shopper, and field channels.
Responsibilities:
- Lead deep-dive analyses using Nielsen, household panel, and internal data to identify growth opportunities and track brand performance.

Translate insights into clear, data-driven recommendations that shape brand strategy and guide decision making.

Support the end-to-end execution of Lay’s 2025 calendar, ensuring seamless delivery across media, shopper, and in-market activations.

Collaborate with sales and field teams to implement and track “test & learn” projects and innovation initiatives.

Monitor and evaluate performance of channel-specific activations and provide actionable feedback.

Ensure strong cross-functional alignment and timely execution of brand plans.

Track and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and accurate reporting.
