JOB POSTING INFORMATION
The Assistant Brand Manager is the brand custodian at Faster, responsible for shaping how the world experiences Faster. This role will support the development, execution, and management of brand strategies and marketing initiatives across multiple channels. It requires strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure that all brand activities are consistent, impactful, and aligned with the company’s overall marketing objectives.
This role is primarily focused on Faster’s international presence, including Gulf countries and African territories.

Key Responsibilities

Performance and Data Analytics:
* Understanding of different online KPIs, such as ROAS, ACOS,CTR and conversion rate
* Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and compare it with previous periods.
* Monitor Product Level Performance and suggest improvements.

Ecommerce Platforms Supervision:
- Work closely with internal and external ecommerce team to design ecommerce platform wise strategies and plan promotional calendar (Eid Sales, White Friday etc).
- Analyze behavioral spending and cultural differences of each territories.
- Plan and manage marketing budget along with internal and external performance team by supervising social platform spends.

Brand Storytelling:
Translate brand values and positioning into imaginative, multi-channel campaigns that inspire and connect with audiences.

Campaign Development:
Develop concepts from idea to execution across digital, print, experiential, and social platforms.

Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and external agencies to deliver high-quality creative assets.
Trendspotting & Innovation:
Monitor AI, design, and digital trends to introduce fresh thinking and originality into brand activities.

Content Ideation:
Brainstorm and develop innovative content formats, including interactive social experiences and immersive brand activations.

Brand Guidelines:
Create, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines to ensure flexibility while preserving brand integrity.

Consumer Insight Integration:
Use audience insights to guide creative decisions and ensure relevance to target markets.

Performance Tracking:
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and apply insights to improve future brand storytelling.
