Responsibilities:


  • Ensure all communications align with corporate brand guidelines across various channels.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings, presentations, and TVC (television commercial) production sessions.
  • Serve as a liaison between the brand and assigned agencies, ensuring top-tier execution of ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) plans.
  • Pre-select and manage advertising agencies and other external service providers.
  • Organize and manage brand-related events, including activations and product launches.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and participate in events such as conferences, international days, PR testimonials, activations, and exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with external consultants, including advertising and public relations agencies.
  • Oversee the production and distribution of all offline marketing materials.
  • Proofread marketing content including brochures, press releases, and flyers.
  • Support brand positioning, development, advertising, and promotional activities.
  • Work closely with the design team to produce internal marketing materials.
  • Monitor media coverage and conduct media analysis to assess the effectiveness of PR campaigns.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Marketing Communication or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Experience in event management and working with external agencies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
