Role Overview
The Assistant Brand Manager will support the development and execution of brand strategies that strengthen our positioning, drive awareness, and enable sales teams across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing annual brand and marketing plans based on in-depth market and competitor research.
- Manage day-to-day brand activities and ensure consistent execution across digital, social, and offline channels.
- Liaison with internal teams for content development, creative production, and campaign rollouts.
- Coordinate and support the sales team in developing communication and pitch materials, including sales decks, industry-specific demos, case studies, and research content.
- Monitor brand and campaign performance, track KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to events, manage internal & external stakeholders, and plan thought-leadership initiatives.
- Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently across all touchpoints.
Required Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of experience in brand management
- Strong understanding of brand building, marketing communications, and digital marketing.
- Proven ability to execute brand and campaign plans with precision and speed.
- Strong research capability to support insight-driven marketing planning.
- Excellent communication, project management, and coordination skills.
