Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the butcher in cutting, trimming, and preparing meat products.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of meat to maintain quality and freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
- Follow health and safety standards, including proper food hygiene practices.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in butchery or food handling is preferred.
- Knowledge of meat cuts and basic butchery techniques is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Understanding of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation practices.
- Punctuality, and strong work ethic.
