Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Innovation

Assist in the creation and development of private label beauty ranges – Process champion from concept to in-store launch for private label.

Coordinate with suppliers on briefs, packaging, and product specifications including quality standard benchmarks set by the organization. Follow up on revisions and approvals.

Lead vendor code creations, agreement closures liasoning with various internal stakeholders such as finance, legal, supply chain team & quality + compliance team.

Support selection, testing, sampling, organize feedback sessions with all internal stakeholders and document it to submit for approvals.

Track market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to support innovation. Do market research on identifying trends and create product opportunities.
Project Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers and timely follow-up with all the stages of production to track timelines for product development from concept to launch - update management for any anomalies in the timelines.

Ensure all milestones (sampling, approvals, production, delivery) are met on time.

Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, VM, supply chain, and E. Com teams to devise a strong launch plan with 360-degree visibility of products to customers.
Business Management

Monitor product performance and recommend improvements or discontinuations.

Support pricing, positioning, and assortment planning.

Maintain accurate product data, cost sheets, and development trackers.

Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for the management in regular intervals.
Brand Management Responsibilities

Take ownership of assigned brands, ensuring alignment with category strategy and objectives.

Support negotiations with brand partners on commercial terms, margins, and support (e.g., promoters, incentives, marketing contributions, CVM activities)

Monitor brand performance, including sales, margins, sell-through, and stock health & recommend corrective actions where needed.

Work closely with suppliers/brand principals on product launches, exclusives, and on floor activities.

Manage brand visibility at all stores, ensuring strong execution collaborating with VM & Retail teams.

Track competitor activity and market trends to identify risks and opportunities for each brand.
-
Ensure timely replenishment and optimal inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
-
Coordinate with marketing teams on campaigns, content, and brand promotions.
Manage Centerpoint Cash Counter & Q-Rail business

Coordinate with CP team on product placements across all the stores as per agreed number of counter panels.

Make sure planograms are maintained across stores and testers are present for customers

Timely replenishment of stocks across all the territories

Monitor product performance and recommend improvements or discontinuations

Prepare various reports to analyze performance and take corrective actions to drive business

Consistently organize and set-up communication channels with training teams, cashiering team for sales push. Visit stores consistently to monitor scope of improvement on counter sales.
Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
