Assistant Call Center Supervisor

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a call center environment.

At least 2 years in a Team Lead role.

 Good computer skills.

 Excellent communication skills.

 Good oral and written communication skills in English.

 Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

 Ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds.

 Self-motivated and committed.

 Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

 High degree of motivation and self-discipline.

 Enthusiastic and confident personality.
