Assistant Campus Manager (CSS/PMS)

KIPS CSS | Global Age |Trainings is looking for a 'Assistant Campus Manager' that fits the criteria of the below mentioned requirements and the following job description;

• The task involves handling daily admissions and admission inquiries, dealing with parents/guardians, visitors and students daily.
• Coordinating among campuses on a daily basis, informing higher management about any events, notices, new admission for assessment, dealing and informing on daily basis and sending updates of admissions weekly to Directors and Head Office.
• Dealing with admissions on a daily basis. Greet them and make them fill the Student Registration Form and save the details for further actions.
• Greeting and entertaining the guests in the admission office with warmth, hospitality and care and dealing with professional understanding of knowledge on the educational system, faculty, our qualifications and academic resources and teaching methodology. etc
• Other duties as per assigned by the higher management.
• Having Administrative/Academic experience in Education sector, having CSS competitive exam knowledge would be a plus.

Location: Karachi
Degree: Bachelors/Masters in relevant field
Salary: 30k to 35k
Working hours: 8 hours (1:00 pm - 9:00 pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
