Assistant Capacity Resource Planning Manager

· Assist in preparing capacity plans based on order bookings, SMV, manpower, and machine availability.

· Support CRP calculations to ensure realistic production commitments and delivery timelines.

· Monitor line loading, balancing, and efficiency to optimize available capacity.

· Coordinate with Merchandising, IE, Production, and HR for capacity alignment.

· Track manpower deployment, absenteeism, and overtime impact on capacity.

· Assist in monthly and weekly capacity vs demand analysis.

· Maintain CRP reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.

· Identify capacity risks and bottlenecks and propose corrective actions.

· Support expansion planning for new styles, lines, or shifts.

· Ensure data accuracy in ERP / planning systems related to capacity and resources.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Capacity Resource Planning: 6 years (Preferred)
