Avis Car Rental in the Bismarck Airport is looking for an Assistant Manager responsible for supporting the Bismarck City Manager in all aspects of the rental counter. Including, but not limited to:

Servicing customers at the rental counter

Arranging for vehicle returns

Incremental sales

Cleaning and preparing returned vehicles for the next rental.

After completing the ten week basics training, you will transition into a supervisory role, overseeing one or more of the daily operations and sales functions of the counter. All departments will be trained including- counter rentals, garage, fleet and employee management, and special account management.

Qualifications include

Valid drivers license

Ability to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities

Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in variety of weather conditions

Competent in Office Suite programs

Positive Attitude

Willing to participate in background and drug screenings.

18 years or over

This position requires regular, on site presence and cannot be performed remotely
