Responsibilities

• Develop Category strategy
• Categories analyses and reports (Performance, MS, activation plan) addressing performance issues & recommending solutions to gain continuous market understanding and identify business opportunities
• Manage product portfolio, lead category processes of innovation & renovation (Brief, Business plan, Launching strategy, Sales follow up)
• Determine optimal pricing through analysis of sales trends, competitors
• Create Promotion/ Animation Plan to develop brand awareness, recruit new customers and reach turnover target
• Support sales team in the development of store communication tools and promotional materials (price labels, promo highlight, recipes leaflet )
• Planogram recommendation
• Sampling organization
