What You’ll Do
As Assistant Center Director, you are the right-hand partner to our Center Director, Ali, helping lead daily operations and create an exceptional experience for students and families.
You will:
- Welcome families and create a warm, professional first impression
- Coach and support instructors during sessions
- Celebrate student progress and build motivation
- Communicate with parents about student growth
- Schedule assessments and explain our program to new families
- Keep sessions organized and running smoothly
- Support training and team development
You’ll balance leadership, customer service, coaching, and operations — all while keeping the energy positive and focused on student success.
