Let's give you a quick sneak peek into the life of an Assistant Channel Manager
As an Assistant Channel Manager you will develop and implement effective trade marketing strategies to promote our products within the retail and distribution channels in the region. You will effectively enhance brand visibility, contractual compliances, drive growth, and increase sales through collaboration with sales team, retailers and distributors.

Things you will be doing as an Assistant Channel Manager

Generate growth of assigned channels (GT, Mart, Super Store and Wholesale) through establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and key stakeholders

Ensure the tracking and execution of Retail and WS Drives activities

Assist field sales team with channel program outlet selection and contract signups & conduct outlet verification of proposed channel program outlets (Perfect Store/Display drives)

Lead, plan and evaluate all merchandising and trade activations related tasks within assigned region(s)

Track merchandising KPIs on daily basis, highlight critical improvement areas with relevant team. Share performance summary in weekly and monthly JCs

Lead and verify execution compliance including Instore display POSM/Branding, post contract signup. Identify opportunity areas and action plans for achieving desired compliance levels

Track and identify inefficiencies in merchandising program at shop selection and PJP level
-
Ensure POSM management including effective utilization of trade assets including & record keeping/tracking of all POSM and counterparts

Finalize performance results and store wise incentive calculation

Monitor and analyze counterfeit and competitor activities along with market developments, ensuring timely reporting and recommended actions
What we are looking for in you?

A minimum of Bachelor’s degree from any accredited local or foreign institute

At least 2-4 years of experience in FMCG Field Sales

Demonstrated ability to lead
