Assistant Chef (Female) – Catering Division

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Female Chef to join our catering division. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality food for catering orders, events, and restaurant bulk requirements while maintaining hygiene, quality, and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food for catering orders and special events.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Assist in menu planning for catering events.
• Monitor food stock and coordinate with the purchase department for ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage kitchen operations during catering events.
• Work closely with the catering team to ensure timely delivery.
• Control food costs and minimize wastage.
• Supervise kitchen helpers when required.
