We are now expanding our renowned Indian restaurant in Jeddah and seeking a passionate culinary professional to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an Assistant Chef (Indian Cuisine) with proven expertise in preparing authentic Indian dishes, especially Tandoori items and traditional breads. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of Indian cooking methods and the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes, with a focus on Tandoori and breads
  • Ensure consistency in food taste, presentation, and portioning
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards at all times
  • Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
  • Contribute ideas for seasonal or special menus when required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Indian cuisine, especially Tandoori cooking & bread preparation
  • Strong knowledge of Indian spices, marinades, and traditional techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, and commitment to quality
  • Candidates already in Saudi Arabia are preferred
