Position Purpose:
The Assistant CEO is the CEO's principal strategic partner, responsible for translating the CEO's vision into actionable execution plans and ensuring seamless operational and communication flow across the entire organization. This role maximizes the CEO's focus on high-value decisions, leadership, and strategic growth by managing complex initiatives, driving cross-functional accountability, and preparing high-impact business reviews.
Key Accountabilities:
- Strategic Initiative Management: Directly track, drive, and report on the progress of critical strategic initiatives, OKRs, and cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and managing interdependencies.
- CEO Time & Priority Optimization: Strategically manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and daily workflow to ensure time is allocated to the highest-impact activities and decisions.
- High-Impact Communication: Serve as a primary filter and communication link between the CEO and the Senior Leadership Team, handling sensitive correspondence and synthesizing complex information for internal distribution.
- Business Intelligence & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive business review materials, performance dashboards, financial summaries, and presentations for the CEO, Board, and key leadership meetings.
- Operational & Meeting Leadership: Coordinate, structure, and participate in leadership meetings, ensuring clear agendas, driving post-meeting accountability, and tracking follow-through on key decisions.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive business, strategic, and personnel matters.
- Culture & Change Management Support: Act as an ambassador for the CEO's vision, supporting corporate events and initiatives that drive organizational culture and change management.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven experience in a high-velocity corporate environment; experience in a fast-paced, high-volume industry is a strong asset.
- Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and synthesis skills (fluent in English + Urdu).
- Strategic orientation, highly disciplined, proactive, and possessing superior emotional intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint/Excel) and Google Workspace for executive-level reporting.

Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Management, or Communication preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years in a highly challenging role such as Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff (CoS) support, or Senior Coordinator in a fast-paced corporate setting.
