Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in site execution. The candidate should be capable of reading and interpreting civil drawings, managing site activities, coordinating with vendors and labor, and updating CRM systems. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and execute work as per civil drawings and specifications
• Handle day-to-day site execution and supervision
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Manage and supervise labor at site to ensure timely completion of work
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
• Prepare daily site reports and update progress in CRM systems
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers
• Resolve site-related issues efficiently
• Maintain proper documentation of site activities
• Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Experience in vendor and labor management
• Familiarity with CRM updates and reporting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Candidate Profile

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil engineer

Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience

Good verbal and written communication skills

Willingness to work on-site and handle multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
