Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the firm's client intake process under the supervision of the firm's client intake coordinator and partners. You will be the first point of contact for clients so it is vital that you have outstanding communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a positive attitude. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.

Requirements:
- High school diploma and legal ability to become notary public (clean criminal background)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organization are a must

Pay and Benefits:
Full-Time - $18.00-$19.00/hour
