• Assist the Client Manager in managing day-to-day relationships with clients.
• Act as a point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation required for client meetings.
• Coordinate with internal departments (operations & Sales, etc.) to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
• Monitor service delivery and help identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and communication logs.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Client-focused mindset with problem-solving ability

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role (preferred).

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

Languages

• Fluent in spoken and written English
