Responsibilities
:
Essential Functions of the Assistant Clinic Director (Physical Therapist) Role:
  • Assist in the development of relationships with key physicians and willing to market to existing and new physicians to bring new patients to the practice
  • Build and maintain a positive team through servant leadership and with the best interest of the patients and staff in mind
  • Assist with managing and leading physical therapy staff, office staff, and technicians
Qualifications
:
Experience and Skills Required:

  • Terminal Licensed degree from accredited institution; Doctor of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy preferred
  • Unrestricted Physical Therapist licensure to practice in State of employment
  • Clinical Specialist board certification preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in Spanish and English is required for this role.


Compensation:
$104,000 - $115,000+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
