Physical Therapist (PT) – Early Intervention (Home-Based) | NYC

Position Overview

We are actively hiring licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide home-based Early Intervention services to children ages 0–3 across:

Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Manhattan

Cases are available immediately — you can start building your caseload right away.

Therapists work in the child’s natural environment, focusing on improving gross motor skills, mobility, strength, balance, and functional development.

What You’ll Do

• Provide in-home physical therapy sessions for children under 3
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate and coach parents/caregivers on carryover strategies
• Complete EI-compliant documentation in a timely manner
• Collaborate with service coordinators and multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Active New York State Physical Therapist (PT) License
• Experience in Early Intervention, pediatrics, or home-based care preferred
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $85/hour (based on experience)
