Assistant Clinic Manager

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of a well-established aesthetic clinic in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of aesthetic clinic operations, patient experience management, and compliance with DOH regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards
• Supervise and lead medical, nursing, and front-office staff
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, policies, and audits
• Monitor appointment scheduling, patient flow, and resource utilization
• Maintain high standards of patient care and customer experience
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and technicians for treatment planning
• Oversee clinic hygiene, safety standards, and infection control protocols
• Manage staff rosters, attendance, performance evaluations, and training
• Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
• Coordinate with HR and management for recruitment and onboarding
• Oversee inventory management, consumables, and equipment maintenance
• Prepare operational reports and submit updates to management
