Assistant Clinical Director

Evergreen Mentorship is introducing a specialized role designed for a highly organized and experienced licensed behavioral health professional (LPCC-S, LISW-S, IMFT-S).

This position bridges the gap between initial client entry and ongoing clinical excellence. As a W2 employee, you will play a dual role: providing direct clinical services while serving as a key pillar in our quality assurance process by reviewing and overseeing documentation and compliance for our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Production (Minimum 15 Sessions/Week): Maintain a consistent weekly schedule of at least 15 clinical sessions. This can be a flexible mix of:

  • Initial Assessments (CPT 90791): Conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial intakes and DSM-5 diagnoses.
  • Counseling Appointments (CPT 90834/7): Providing ongoing 1:1 therapeutic support and evidence-based care.

Clinical Review & Quality Assurance (25 Hours/Week): Oversee the clinical documentation and excellence of our clinical team by:

  • Reviewing and auditing documentation from other Assessors and Counselors.
  • Verifying accuracy in EHR entries, treatment plans, and diagnostic reports.
  • Ensuring all clinical data meets Evergreen’s high standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Providing feedback to clinicians to ensure medical necessity and audit readiness.

Organizational Support: Ensure that all documentation is accurate, timely, and reflects the mission of empowering our clients toward independence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensure: Must hold a completely independent license in the State of Ohio (LISW-S, LPCC-S, or equivalent).
  • Experience: 1+ years with Medicaid documentation standards and 1+ years within a CARF-accredited environment.
  • Clinical Authority: Proven ability to evaluate complex cases and provide mentorship/feedback on clinical documentation.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with a "supervisor mindset" for auditing and checking information.
  • Mission Alignment: A heart for service and a commitment to helping clients re-engage successfully with society.
  • Deadline Orientation: Ability to self-manage priorities to meet deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 per year.
  • Status: W2 Employee (Full-Time).
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week total.
  • Allocation: This role follows a "25/15" model—25 hours dedicated to administrative oversight and quality assurance, and 15 hours dedicated to direct clinical production.
  • Stability: The benefits and security of a W2 position within a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.
