Our practice is designed around centralized systems, strong compliance standards, and operational support so clinicians can focus on delivering effective clinical care.

This position is specifically designed for dependently licensed clinicians seeking a structured environment to build clinical experience and grow toward independent licensure.

COMPENSATION
Fee-for-service percentage split model

Typical clinician earnings per session:

• LPC / LSW: $45–$55 per session

Illustrative example:

• 30 sessions per week
• 48 working weeks per year
• Average reimbursement: $100 per session

WHAT THE PRACTICE PROVIDES

Cornerstone Behavioral Health operates a systems-driven telehealth infrastructure designed to remove administrative barriers from clinical work.

Infrastructure includes:

• Centralized client intake and referral coordination
• Insurance credentialing handled by the practice
• Billing and claims submission handled centrally
• EHR platform (SimplePractice)
• HIPAA-compliant internal communication (Slack)
• Dialpad phone system
• Secure document management through Google Drive

Clinicians do not handle marketing, insurance claims, or billing disputes.

ROLE SUMMARY

Deliver telehealth psychotherapy services to adult clients throughout Ohio using evidence-based treatment approaches within a structured documentation and compliance framework.

Clinicians operate as independent contractors with autonomy over scheduling and clinical decision-making while working within a structured practice system.

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct diagnostic assessments
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Deliver HIPAA-compliant telehealth psychotherapy
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions as needed

ADMINISTRATIVE EXPECTATIONS

• Complete and lock progress notes within 24 hours
• Maintain accurate availability calendar
• Maintain active licensure and malpractice coverage
• Respond to internal communication in a timely manner

CASELOAD DEVELOPMENT

Clinicians commonly build a sustainable caseload within 60–90 days depending on availability.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PATH

Cornerstone supports clinicians as they progress toward independent licensure.
