Assistant Clinical Director — BCBA/LBA | $85,000–$100,000 + $5,000 Sign-On | Phoenix, AZ (Biltmore)

Jigsaw Developmental Services is a locally owned, BCBA-supervised ABA therapy provider in Phoenix's Biltmore District. We are not a national chain. We are a tight clinical team that has been serving Greater Phoenix families since 2016 — and we are hiring an Assistant Clinical Director to grow with us.

This role is for a BCBA who loves direct client work and is ready to lead without leaving the clinical side behind. You will carry an active caseload at our Biltmore center while working directly alongside our VP of Clinical Services, Sara Beth Carrasco (BCBA), to shape the operations, culture, and quality of care we deliver.

Compensation

• $85,000 – $100,000 salary depending on experience
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Arizona LBA licensure fees paid by Jigsaw

What you will do

• Carry and manage an active center-based client caseload
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of RBTs and Behavior Technicians
• Administer behavioral assessments — VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
• Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions
• Support center scheduling and daily clinical operations
• Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the VP of Clinical Operations on quality and growth initiatives

What we require

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification — active and in good standing
• Arizona LBA licensure required, or eligible and committed to obtaining it immediately
• Master's or Doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Minimum 2 years post-certification experience, preferably in a center setting
• Experience supervising RBTs and conducting competency-based assessments
• Strong working knowledge of VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or Vineland
• Must pass Arizona state and federal background check
