Assist the Community Manager in daily operations of the property

Help lead leasing, marketing, and resident retention efforts

Support and help supervise on-site staff to ensure smooth operations

Serve as a primary point of contact for residents

Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor follow-ups

Perform routine property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance

Ensure compliance with company policies and community standards

Maintain accurate reports, leasing data, and communication logs
