Join our property management team as an Assistant Community Manager — a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential to grow into a permanent leadership role.

This position requires the selected candidate to live on-site. As part of the compensation package, housing will be provided at 50% below market rent, offering significant added value and convenience.

What You’ll Do

Assist the Community Manager in daily operations of the property
Help lead leasing, marketing, and resident retention efforts
Support and help supervise on-site staff to ensure smooth operations
Serve as a primary point of contact for residents
Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor follow-ups
Perform routine property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance
Ensure compliance with company policies and community standards
Maintain accurate reports, leasing data, and communication logs

What We’re Looking For

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Positive, professional, and motivated attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous property management or customer service experience is a plus (training provided)
Ability to live on-site as a condition of employment

Work Environment

This is a live-in position requiring full-time availability, including weekends. The ideal candidate values community engagement, professionalism, and maintaining high property standards while contributing to a positive resident experience.
