What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of apartment leasing or property management experience required
• Assistant Property Manager experience preferred
• Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills
• Experience with rent collections, resident accounts, and delinquency management
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment
• Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily office operations and resident relations
• Assist with leasing, apartment tours, applications, approvals, and move-ins
• Maintain resident files, financial records, and rent rolls accurately
• Assist with rent collections, delinquency follow-up, and payment processing
• Support occupancy, leasing, and resident retention goals
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and administrative reporting
• Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and team members
• Help create a positive resident experience and strong community atmosphere
