The Assistant Construction Manager/ Home Owner Care Associate will involved in every stage of the Construction process, working with our Trade Partners and Home Owners to ensure that we are achieving our goal of Building Above and Beyond for our Customers!
As our ideal candidate, you possess:
1+ years experience in Single Family Home New Construction strongly preferred
A great attitude! Are Hungry, Humble, and Smart - Looking for a great opportunity starting now
A passion for continuous improvement, and an ability to develop new ideas and see them through to fruition
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a talent for building rapport quickly
Knowledge of building codes, residential construction concepts, and practices
Proven project management skills, with the ability to set and meet aggressive deadlines
A Bachelor's degree in Business or Construction Management
Direct Customer Service/Warranty Support Experience and results
