Responsibilities

  • Contract Administration: Detailed study of Contract Agreement for Project, preparing a List of Obligations and regular monitoring of their fulfillment. Ensuring all provisions of the Agreement between the contracting parties are complied with including Contract Change Control System, Claim Administration & Record Management System. Carrying out major Contractual Correspondence with Client to safe guard the interest of the company.Delay Analysis / EOT etc - Primarily overall contract Administration.


Qualifications

  1. BE Civil
  2. 12-15 years experience in Contracts, Claims and variations for Civil, finishing, façade and MEP
  3. Developer side experience preferred
