Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue targets for banquets and catering.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with corporate, social, and wedding clients.
- Event Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact, coordinating with clients on all event details, including menu, setup, and logistics.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, service details, and terms to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
- Operational Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen, catering, and operations staff to ensure the quality and flawless execution of events.
