Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates based on project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
- Analyze project requirements, quantities, and materials to support accurate pricing and budgeting.
- Support the preparation of tender submissions and bid proposals.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to obtain supplier quotations and material pricing.
- Assist in evaluating subcontractor proposals and preparing cost comparisons.
- Support the estimation team in reviewing project risks and cost factors that may impact project budgets.
- Ensure estimates are aligned with project timelines and company cost standards.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and present detailed bid proposals to senior management for approval.
- Maintain accurate records of all estimates, bids, and related documentation.
- Provide post-bid analysis and feedback to improve future estimating processes.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the operations, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure estimates reflect practical and executable plans.
Continuous Improvement:
- Review and refine estimating processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in cost estimation, tendering, or project costing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimation software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
