Assistant Creative Manager
Job Purpose
The Assistant Creative Manager develops campaign concepts and creative direction alongside the Creative Manager, leading copy craft on assigned campaigns and acting as the bridge between concepting and execution. Bilingual Arabic and English is preferred. This role builds toward full Creative Manager accountability while owning material creative workstreams today.
The Assistant Creative Manager shifts the balance from pure copy craft toward creative direction: shaping campaign concepts, interrogating briefs, presenting concepts to stakeholders, and partnering with Art Direction on integrated expression. The role leads scripting and long-form copy on hero campaigns and owns cross-functional creative alignment for assigned workstreams. It is the role where a strong senior copywriter starts operating as a creative director in training.
Success looks like campaign concepts that earn stakeholder support on first presentation, creative direction that holds up through execution, strong bilingual craft on assigned campaigns, and a Creative Manager who is able to delegate meaningful creative leadership without oversight on every decision.

◆ On-Time Campaign Delivery
On-time delivery rate of assigned campaigns end-to-end.

Quarter-on-quarter movement in revision rounds on assigned campaigns.
◆ Junior Development Progress
Development progress of mentored copywriters against objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Creative Writing, or related.

Creative, confident, craft-obsessed. Strong bilingual fluency. Comfortable leading without title. Strong collaborator across crafts. Commercially literate - understands that creative serves commercial outcomes.
