Assistant Customer Care Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Assistant Customer Care Coordinator to support the Customer Care team in delivering excellent service to our clients. The ideal candidate will assist in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves administrative support, communication with clients, and coordination with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Job Description:

• Assist in managing daily customer service operations.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Log and track customer interactions using CRM or ticketing systems.
• Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics, technical support) to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary.
• Support the preparation of customer service reports and data analysis.
• Help organize and maintain documentation related to customer care processes and policies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product and service offerings.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Patience and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
• Female candidates are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

• Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
