Salary: 12k inhand + lunch + pf + esi

Designation: Assistant Customer Care Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle retailer/customer queries related to orders through email.
• Share order status and basic information with customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, accounts) for issue resolution.
• Assist in routing and follow-up of customer payments with the accounts team.
• Maintain simple records of customer queries and order details.
• Use MS Excel, MS Word, and email for daily operational work.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers can apply).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
