Assistant Customer Service Manager

PARCO is seeking applications for the following position for its 100% owned subsidiary PARCO Pearl Gas (Pvt) Ltd . PPGL is the largest LPG marketing company in Pakistan having countrywide presence. The position is planned for Customer Services Department of the Company.


Qualification & Experience:

Minimum 16 years of education in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with up to 8 years of relevant experience in After-Sales Service, Customer Support, or Sales Operations, including:


  • A strong customer-centric approach and the ability to provide a one-window solution to customers.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP and MS Office.
  • Understanding of basic financial transactions including invoicing, debit/credit notes, tax challans, and receivables.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary back-office support, owning the entire order-to-cash cycle.
  • Coordinate closely with internal support teams to deliver efficient After Sales Service as per defined SLAs.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and manage the Daily Supply Plan for assigned customers.
  • Ensure timely responses to all customer queries and communication.
  • Monitor supplies to customers in alignment with the approved Credit Policy.
  • Prepare required reports and process Debit/Credit Notes when needed.
  • Ensure all documentation and paperwork adhere to approved policies and procedures.
  • Share timely insights on market changes and competitor activities with management.
