Assistant Dentist

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Assistant Dentist to join our dental practice. The role primarily involves supporting the senior doctor in clinical procedures and assisting with dental insurance processes. The ideal candidate will have a medical or dental background and the ability to handle both clinical and administrative responsibilities with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the senior dentist during dental and surgical procedures.
• Support and manage medical insurance documentation and claims.
• Conduct patient consultations without supervision.
• Perform minor inpatient procedures as required.
• Provide excellent patient care and maintain a professional and compassionate approach.
• Adapt to varying workloads and respond effectively to clinical situations as they arise.

Requirements:

• Degree in Dentistry and relevant MOH license
• Prior clinical experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance processes is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
