Assistant Designer

EFZIN Group is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in designing visuals for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, ensure brand consistency, and deliver designs that drive engagement and conversions.

Role Description

Design high-quality creatives for Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram), including static posts, carousels, and video ads.

Develop digital content for websites, email campaigns, and other online platforms.

Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and brand collaterals.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with campaign strategies.

Adapt designs for different ad formats and ensure compliance with Meta Ads policies.

Track performance of ad creatives with the marketing team and suggest improvements.

Stay updated on design trends, Meta ad creative best practices, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong creative thinking and visual communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
• Experience in event design and management is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, or related field
