Job Summary:

We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and lead digital initiatives across our renowned hospitality brands — Hitchki, Bayroute, and more.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital trends, have a strong understanding of social media, and know how to drive online visibility and engagement for hospitality brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and other online platforms.
  • Manage and grow brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Coordinate with the creative and operations teams to develop content calendars, campaigns, and promotional strategies.
  • Optimize digital ad spend (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) for lead generation, brand awareness, and ROI.
  • Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and share insights for improvement.
  • Oversee the website content, SEO/SEM, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with influencers and digital partners for brand collaborations and campaigns.
  • Monitor competitors’ digital activities and suggest innovative strategies.
  • Support brand campaigns and launches for new outlets or menu promotions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and basic content tools (Canva, Photoshop preferred).
  • Creative thinker with excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Good coordination with internal teams, designers, agencies, and vendors.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality, F&B, or hotel industry.
  • Experience handling multiple brands or outlets will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹62,501.96 per month
