Assistant Director for Human Resources
JOB GOAL
To provide support to the District through the Human Resources Department. Primary goals and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, employee recruitment, employee retention, benefits, employee certification, employee onboarding, and maintaining social media and other marketing efforts within the HR Department.
QUALIFICATIONS

Current Arizona Elementary or Secondary Certificate, School Administrator Certificate, or other equivalent experience in Human Resources recruitment and retention practices in lieu of certification.

Successful experience maintaining social media platforms and social media marketing campaigns preferred

Demonstrated administrative skills and leadership ability

Demonstrated knowledge of technology skills

Demonstrated ability to prioritize matters and multi-task with multiple projects and competing priorities

Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently and collaboratively

Demonstrated ability to communicate in oral and written form

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, county and city statutes, rules, regulations, policies and procedures related to personnel and employment relations.

Knowledge of applicable Cartwright School District and departmental policies and procedures.

Knowledge of maintaining social media platforms and website content.

Knowledge of modern practices of employee retention, recruitment, growth and engagement.
