Qualification & Experience:
Essential:
- Bachelor in Engineering/ Bachelor in Science with MBA (Marketing)/ Bachelors in AI/ Data Analytics/ Data Science/ Data Mining from an HEC recognized University with 4-6 years of experience in the relevant field.
Desirable:
- Bachelor in Engineering/ Bachelor in Science with MBA (Marketing)/ Masters in AI/ Data Analytics/ Data Science/ Data Mining with 6-8 years of experience in the relevant field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate data streams from different NUST units into a unified data warehouse.
- Design and maintain BI architecture, including data models, and interactive dashboards.
- Leverage tools such as Power BI or Tableau to convert raw data into real-time, actionable insights.
- Provide leadership with data-backed recommendations for various purposes such as program development, resource allocation, and performance improvement etc.
- Track and optimize institutional performance across rankings, reputation, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Establish and uphold data governance protocols aligned with national and international data protection regulations.
- Develop and automate institutional KPIs across departments
- Measure outcomes in areas such as student success, faculty productivity, digital engagement, and administrative efficiency.
- Support marketing and public relations with performance metrics tied to visibility and outreach.
- Collaborate with Admissions to track channel performance, conversion rates, and ROI of different campaigns.
- Train internal stakeholders on using analytics platforms and interpreting dashboards.
- Promote a data-driven culture across the institution.
- Ensure data accuracy and system integrity to support reliable planning and reduce decision-making risks.
- Monitor compliance-related risks associated with data misuse or reporting errors.

- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a required degree.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
- Late / incomplete applications will be ignored.
- Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.
