Finger Lakes Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader to join our team as the Assistant Director of Education. This role is ideal for a motivated nurse educator who is passionate about staff development, clinical excellence, and driving innovative education programs in a hospital setting.

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for the Education Department
• Develop and implement clinical education programs, training, and curriculum
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Support strategic initiatives, program growth, and workforce development
• Partner with leadership to enhance staff competency and performance
• Oversee departmental resources, scheduling, and program effectiveness
• Mentor and support clinical educators and staff

What You Need

Required:

• Master's Degree in Nursing
• Active New York State RN license
• 5+ years of RN experience
• 3+ years in leadership or management
• 3+ years in nursing education or clinical education

Preferred:

• Doctorate in Nursing or related field

Additional Requirement:

• Moderate sedation competency within 6 months of hire

Salary: $120,000.00-$130,000.00
