The Opportunity
We are seeking an Assistant Director of Leasing & Revenue to join our national platform as a key internal resource supporting asset management. This role is focused on maximizing rental income across a portfolio of multifamily and student housing communities by blending data-driven analysis with deep market expertise. Serving as a trusted partner to our asset management team and property operators, you’ll be the in-house market expert — analyzing performance, tracking supply and demand trends, and helping shape strategies that keep our communities competitive and thriving.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics and operations: someone who loves digging into data, spotting patterns, and translating insights into strategies that make a real financial impact. The right candidate will be equally comfortable analyzing rent rolls, conducting site inspections, or presenting portfolio insights to senior leadership and investors. Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.
For Arlington, VA this ranges from $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
