Salary Range: $118,180.80 - $195,040.08 Annually

About the Position
The Assistant Director of Library Programs and Engagement will oversee the current Equity Learning and Engagement Services (ELES) team. The Assistant Director position will join the Library Experience and Engagement (LEED) Leadership Team, will be part of the LEED Management Team, and will report directly to the LEED Director. This position will help shape and implement the goals of LEED as guided by the Library’s Strategic Plan.
This position is currently one of three Assistant Director positions that report directly to the Director of LEED. This position will oversee, guide and direct staff in the operations of the Library’s system wide programs and services to Seattle’s diverse community.
Any of the following duties may be performed. These examples are not necessarily performed by all incumbents, however, and do not include all specific tasks an incumbent may be expected to perform.

Benefits and Salary Information
The full salary range for this position is $118,180.80 - $195,040.08 annually.
