Communicates performance expectations to Production teams throughout the organization; trains, directs, coaches,
corrects, evaluates and rewards/encourages high performance of the production team.
Train, assign, and supervise Production Managers to assure their efficiency and effectiveness, as well as to provide
performance feedback. Control attendance and headcount as directed.
Assist the Director of Production with operations of the Production teams throughout the organization, focusing on
excellent customer service, timely and high-quality installation of jobs sold, proper inventory control, and materials
management.
Provide timely, accurate, and complete reports on the operating condition of the company to the Director of
Production.
Hold Production Managers accountable for company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality services,
customer service, and production effectiveness. Measures performance of all assigned team members against
established standards.
Motivates and leads a high-performance Production team; attracts, recruits, and retains required members of the
Production team.
Assures compliance of all business activities within established policies, procedures, and laws related to the business.
Provide excellent customer service, by communication, job timeliness, excellent work ethics, and communication.
Serve as a role model for resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure complete resolution. Relate to employees
and customers in a courteous and professional manner to maintain good relationships, minimize conflict, share respect,
and resolve legitimate concerns.
Assures compliance of all business activities within established policies, procedures, and laws related to the business.
Maintain professionalism, integrity, security, confidentiality of information and records, and brand image as required
by the position.
